Career Planning

Career Planning is an internship program designed for DSE students in their penultimate high school year. We have partnerships with various middle schools in Hong Kong to place students into internship opportunities of their choosing.

This program is a 2-4 week career planning experience allowing students to make good use of summer vacation, get out of the comfort circle, think about career planning in advance, and discover their career interests through comprehensive practical experience.

Students will be integrated into the team, and have room to develop based on their own interests and potentials, learn the basic skills and business acumen of workplace life. The goal of this program is to provide a good sense of work achievement and valuable work experience.

Job categories include hotel, sales, information management, data entry, system support, and some administrative and paperwork. Interns who successfully complete the 2-4 week internship program and perform well will be offered the opportunity to work in the summer.
